To implement FRA, which is a key element of ATM Functionality (AF3) - Flexible Airspace Management and Free Route, across three functional airspace blocks (FABs). Namely, NEFAB, DK-SE FAB and UK and Irish airspace. The implementation will support the achievement of the flight efficiency targets for RP2 of the performance scheme.
