After a project is declared as completed and the IP completion supporting document was issued, several costs may still need to be incurred. How may these costs be reimbursed?

    Costs relating to the request of payment of the balance and the corresponding supporting documents (e.g. Certificate on the Financial Statement) referred to in Article II.23.2a and II 23.2c are eligible also outside the period of duration of the action set out in Article 2.2 of the Specific Agreement.

    It is also important to note that costs (if they comply with the eligibility criteria set out in FPA Article II.19) are eligible in the period of duration of the action set out in Article 2.2 of the Specific Agreement, even if the Implementation project was finished earlier; e.g. minor costs for coordination activities and attendance of annual meetings, knowledge transfer between the partners, dissemination.

    Those costs should be reported in the relevant IFS and shall be reported in the consideration of the whole project budget.
