As shown by the wide attendance during the Sneak Preview meeting of last week, there is a lot of interest in the upcoming 2016 CEF Transport call for proposals.
To ensure your participation in this call, this newsflash contains important information for cooperation with SESAR Deployment Manager (SDM) and the next steps. The information concerns the Deployment Programme 2016, SDM feedback on the Indications of Interest and the availability of the IP template through the STAR tool. (SDM project management tool).
– The Deployment Programme 2016 (DP 2016), as delivered to the European Commission on the 28th of September, is available on our website. As the DP 2016 will be the technical specification for the 2016 CEF Transport Calls, it provides important information for you to prepare your project proposals (IPs).
– The 2016 CEF Transport Calls have been anticipated by the Indications of Interest (IoI) exercise as voluntary submission of your project ideas to SDM. Through the IoI, we were able to provide suggestions to better structure and refine the project proposals. As from Monday 10th of October – 12:00 CET, you will be able to access the SDM feedback on your Indications of Interest in the STAR tool.
– The next step in preparing your participation for the 2016 CEF call is completing the IP template, of which the content is now embedded in the STAR tool. Please be aware that by next Friday (14th of October) the guidelines for completing the IP template will be available in the STAR tool.
Please remember that the deadline for submitting the first draft of your IP templates is the 3rd of November. This submission will only be through the STAR tool.
If you do not have access to the STAR tool yet, please contact StarSupport@SesarDeploymentManager.eu so we are able to provide you with access credentials.
