The SESAR Deployment Manager team is pleased to invite you to the 2015 CEF Call – Cluster 3 KICK OFF meeting to successfully launch the Action Execution Phase.

As the first official step after the signature of the SGA related to the Action n° 2015-EU-TM-0197-M the meeting will provide you, Action Beneficiary, with the overall information on the Action execution phase, including two focus groups on monitoring process and financial management of the Action.

Among the overall information, you will be informed on the objectives, the organisation and the legal framework of the Action. We will also update you on the monitoring and reporting of the action and on how the payments, checks and audits will be performed. Given the broad scope of items on the agenda, we advise for the technical and financial point of contact for the organisation (involved in Cluster 3 of the 2015 CEF Call) to be present at the Kick Off meeting.

It’s worth noting that the travel costs related to the participation to the Kick off meeting and STAR tool training are eligible under the above mentioned Agreement.
